As we build our foundation and secure funds to support the Houston-Galveston and Beaumont-Port Arthur Metropolitan Areas, we have carefully considered the essential future projects that the investments will fund. Hurricane Ike, one of the most devastating hurricanes to ever hit Galveston Bay and the U.S., destroyed approximately 4,000 homes, wiped out local businesses, damaged infrastructure and manufacturing, and eliminated tourism. As a result, the portfolio investments will be transformed into businesses located within the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) designated Targeted Employment Area (TEA) to restore employment and revenue.

The Star of Texas Regional Center is raising $5,000,000 to invest in the Star of Texas Regional Center Master Limited Partnership 1 composed of ten (10) Preferred Limited Partnership Units in an EB-5 compliant project. The funds will be invested in a private utility company located on the Bolivar Peninsula, Galveston County, Texas. The funds will be used to expand an existing, profitable wastewater treatment and gathering business by adding an additional wastewater treatment plant and expanding its wastewater gathering system. It's a monopoly utility located within 90 minutes of over 6,500,000 people who utilize this drive-to-resort area. There are 21,000,000 people in Texas who are potential resort owners/visitors to Bolivar.
